A big-breasted Ukrainian bimbo singer is claiming her slutty Christmas song was ripped off by Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe.”

Aza is filing a lawsuit claiming Carly Rae’s megahit is nothing more than a knockoff of “Hunky Santa” (video above).

Aza told TMZ:

I’m shocked and surprised that these people wanted to sample my lyrics on their song. They didn’t ask me for permission, they just took it. That’s why I filed this lawsuit. When I first heard it on the radio, I was driving and almost got into an accident. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.

A representative for Carly says the accusation is absurd:

She is not spending a lot of time listening to Ukrainian radio.

Carly is Canadian.

The much-parodied “Call Me Maybe” has become a pillar of pop culture and has sold more than 10 million digital singles and has 325 million YouTube views.

This Ukrainian piece is looking for her piece of the action.
