UPDATE 2:15 p.m. EST: Cops have taked the sword-wielding suspect into custody.

According to the South Bay News, cops in San Jose, California, are in a standoff with a naked man swinging a big ol’ Samurai sword.
This after they responded to a report of a man with an assault rifle in front of a residence. The suspect took off in a car before cops arrived. When they chased him down, he jumped out, naked, with a huge sword, screaming “You’re going to have to kill me!”
Cops say the assault rifle is secure but the standoff was ongoing as of 10:10 local time (1:10 p.m. EST).
