Los Angeles Clippers forward Lamar Odom fell asleep during a child custody hearing he attended on Tuesday in New York, reports the New York Post.
Former Laker Odom is in town fighting his long-time ex-partner Liza Morales in the courts for custody of their two children, Destiny, 14, and Lamar Jr., 11, the couple had a third child, Jayden, who died at six months old of SIDS in 2006.
According to reports from the closed-door hearing, an officer of the court asked Odom: “Excuse me, are you okay?” When the player replied that he was all-good, the officer said: “I need you to sit up.”
Odom has been married to Khloe Kardashian since September 2009.

Morales is currently involved in the show Starter Wives on TLC, which is now only available to view on the network’s website. The show deals with Morales, along with the lives exes of rappers DMX and 50 Cent, as while as boxer Floyd Mayweather. Rapper 50 Cent claims he is responsible for having the show removed from TV.
