Rand Paul ‘Considering’ Run for Prez in 2016, Wants ‘Larger Microphone’

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, the Tea Party favorite and son of former presidential candidate Ron Paul, said today he’s “considering” a run for president in 2016 but “won’t make a decision before 2014.”

His comments came at a breakfast hosted by the Christian Science Monitor, reports The Hill.

“Being considered is something that allows me to have a larger microphone,” he said.
