According to multiple reports on Twitter, a suspicious package was found in Times Square and the NYPD has ordered an evacuation at the crowded tourist spot.
In a call with the DCPI office of the NYPD, Heavy.com learned that the evacuation will focus on the 2, 3, and A trains in the Times Square subway station. The Times Square subway station is one of the biggest in New York City.
Heavy.com went down to Times Square. A cop said a suspicious package was found on the E side of the Times Square subway station. But, the situation is now resolved WITHOUT the need of an evacuation. The atmosphere seemed normal for rush hour.
