In what is turning out to be one of the more grotesque stories coming out of this year, a search of a discreet valley in New South Wales, Australia has turned up a cult of in-breeders who have been procreating with each other for over four decades. The valley, found in shambles and squalid conditions, was found to be inhabited by 40 adults and youngsters most of whom have physical, mental and learning disabilities.
Aunts, uncles, brothers, cousins all had sex with one another, but the atrocities do not end there. After careful questioning from officials in the area, stories of rape, underage sexual encounters, forced sexual acts on minors, and even tales of adolescent girls strapped naked to trees have emerged.
The disabilities of the residents range from blindness, walking impairments, misaligned facial features, sight and hearing issues, stunted speech patterns and more. The facilities in the valley made matters worse as there were no toilets or running water and the “cult” was staying in what is described as atrocious conditions.
The “family cult’s” origins can be traced back to a pair of great-great grandparents who were brother and sister. As soon as their children were old enough they began reproducing with each other. If ever there was a true life The Hills Have Eyes, this is it.
The name of the familial cult is being withheld for the time being, but reports indicate that the children have since been placed in foster homes.
