WATCH: Derek Jeter’s Standing Ovation at the All-Star Game

After 20 years in the Major Leagues, Jeter will be retiring at the age of 40. There is no doubt that Derek Jeter will be missed by all, whether you’re a diehard Yankees fan or a diehard Red Sox fan.

Jeter debuted in the All-Star game in 1994 when he was 20 years old. Since then he has been chosen to play in 14 of them, including his final game this year representing the American League.

Like Mariano Rivera’s tribute last year, Derek Jeter’s standing ovation was beautiful and just as emotional as he walked through the dugout, hugged every player and looked each of them in the eye. Jeter is a class act and no man in the dugout will ever forget that.
