Julie Tauber McMahon is the alleged mistress of Bill Clinton, revealed in the tell-all book The First Family Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal the Hidden Lives of the Presidents. Read on for the facts on McMahon and her reported relationship with former President Clinton.

1. “The Energizer” Is What McMahon Is Referred to As

Radar Online and The National Enquirer reports that the Secret Service detail refers to McMahon as “the Energizer” and that she and Clinton have been having an affair for years. The Daily Mail reports the reason for McMahon’s nickname as this:

It’s a tribute, apparently, to the fact that she’s been such a regular visitor over the years, she’s now part of the family, and also a tongue-in-cheek reference to the drumming pink bunny in the Energizer battery adverts that just keeps going.

The Daily Mail added:

Described as ‘charming and friendly’, Energiser will even bring the bodyguards biscuits — a small price for their silence, but a nice thought, particularly as protecting the rude and ‘nasty’ Mrs Clinton is seen as a punishment posting.

2. She’s Denied the Allegations

McMahon is a 54-year-old, wealthy divorcee with three children and she’s denied having any kind of sexual relationship with Clinton. However, a family member has reportedly claimed the rumors to be true. In insider who passed a polygraph test revealed:

It became a running joke in the family. If Clinton traveled to London, we’d learn Julie was also visiting London. When Clinton went to France, we’d discover Julie was also in France. They even slept in Hillary’s bed!

Though the affair supposedly ended for a while, it reportedly picked back up when Clinton’s daughter Chelsea got married in 2010.

3. Clinton Reportedly Gave McMahon’s Company a $2 Million Grant

The National Enquirer has reported that Energy Pioneer Solutions, McMahon’s company, actually received a grant of $2 million through Clinton’s non-profit foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative. The information on this was in a 2010 document, which was released by the foundation. The official press release reads:

The non-profit “commits $2 million to support the work of Energy Pioneer Solutions, a company founded to deliver energy savings to communities in rural America.”

According to an insider:

There is no evidence the grant was given illegally, but “if Hillary runs for president…all this stuff will come under a microscope.”

4. McMahon Has a Record

When it comes to driving, McMahon has a long list of problems. In 2004, a pedestrian claimed that McMahon had hit her with an SUV. In addition to this, McMahon has had many other violations.

McMahon was busted on Feb. 19, 2009, when her black Lexus was seen going 46 miles per hour in a 30-mph zone near her home in Chappaqua, New York. Cops noted in the report that McMahon was driving on a suspended license “due to her being a persistent violator.” She was taken into custody and cited for a misdemeanor charge of “aggravated unlicensed operation third degree.”

5. She’s the Daughter of a Friend of the Clintons

McMahon is the daughter of millionaire Joel Tauber who’s a backer of the Democratic party and a friend of the Clinton family. In 1998, Joel let Bill Clinton use his $25 million Colorado mansion and he became acquainted with McMahon. The Daily Mail writes:

They were said to have instantly hit it off, but it was claimed their relationship became intimate shortly after the Clintons left the White House and moved to her neighbourhood in 2001.

So, do you think McMahon and Clinton are having an affair?
