There has been a fatal shooting inside of a New Jersey hospital, reports ABC Philadelphia.

1. A Husband Shot His Wife, Then He Turned the Gun on Himself

A man is believed to have shot himself and then his wife inside a room on the second floor.


2. The Man’s Wife Has Died

The man is still alive, his wife was pronounced dead about an hour after the attack. The Courier Post reports that the husband has been flown to another hospital.


3. Kennedy University Is on Lockdown

The hospital, which was founded in 1965, is on lockdown, according to CBS Philadelphia.


4. Prosecutors are Already on the Scene

The shooting was first reported at 10:15 a.m. The Camden County Prosecutors Office are said to have responded to the scene.


5. The Hospital Campus Is Located in Stratford

The hospital is the Kennedy University Hospital on East Laurel Road in Stratford, New Jersey. According to the Kennedy Health System’s Facebook page, the group has medical centers in Cherry Hill and the Washington Township, in addition to the Stratford campus.
