Subway spokesman Jared Fogle’s Indiana home was raided by federal authorities in early July as part of a child pornography investigation, but he has not been arrested.

On August 18, FOX 59 reported that Fogle will plead guilty to federal child pornography charges. An announcement regarding the plea deal is expected on August 19, the news station reports.

FBI sources told WTTV, the local CBS news station, that federal and state investigators served warrants connected to a child pornography investigation on July 7. The raid started at about 6:30 a.m., and WTTV said an evidence truck was parked in the driveway while investigators from the FBI and Indiana State Police went into and out of the home.

Fogle was seen in a photo posted to Twitter walking around outside the Zionsville home with federal agents.

He also spent some time waiting in a forensics van while the agents searched his home:

Fogle, who became the sandwich shop chain’s spokesman in 2000 after losing more than 200 pounds on a diet centered around its food, has an estimated net worth of more than $15 million and runs a charity that fights childhood obesity. The charity’s former executive director, Russell Taylor, was arrested on child pornography charges in April.

Fogle said in a statement at the time, “I was shocked to learn of the disturbing allegations against Mr. Taylor. Effective immediately, the Jared Foundation is severing all ties with Mr. Taylor.”
