Chicago Police have released a sketch of a toddler whose dismembered remains were found in a lagoon at Garfield Park on Saturday in hopes that someone will help them identify the child.

Police said they believe the child was African-American or bi-racial and between the ages of 2 and 3, the Chicago Tribune reports. Several body parts investigators believe belong to one victim were found in the pond. Police also said they believe the child was male.

The child’s remains were found after a passerby reported seeing a foot in the water, the Tribune reports. Investigators were still searching the pond on Thursday. Divers have been in the water, which is being drained in some areas.
