Actress and singer Natalie Hill sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the junior varsity, second-tier Republican debate tonight on CNN.
Hill is a 2004 graduate from New York University Steinhardt Music and Performing Arts school. According to her NYU alum bio:
Credits Include Footloose (Rusty, Natnl. Tour), Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Liz Larsen (u/s and performed Narrator, North Shore Music Theatre–where she became a member of Actors Equity–thanks to Prof. Ganakas), Les Miserables in Concert (Eponine), and the Reading of Go Go Beach (Mindy).
Her Broadway credits include Bye Bye Birdie and Grease.
She also sang the National Anthem at the 2002 Winter Olympic Torch Lighting Ceremony.
