Barbara Bush probably won’t be very pleased.
Jeb Bush admitted to smoking marijuana during Wednesday night’s Republican debate, after being called out by fellow candidate Rand Paul for his privilege growing up.

Bush said that he smoked marijuana 40 years ago and quickly made sure to apologize his mother, former first lady Barbara Bush. “40 years ago I smoked marijuana and I admitted it. I’m sure other people did it and didn’t want to admit it in front of 40 million people,” he said.
“I drank alcohol and I smoked marijuana when I was at Andover,” Bush recently told The Boston Globe. “It was pretty common.” He added that both of those factors could have led to his expulsion from Phillips Academy in Andover.
