A grainy cell phone video has emerged online showing the moment a car crashed through a crowd at Oklahoma State’s homecoming in Stillwater on Saturday.

Police say the car was driven by 25-year-old Adacia Chambers, who has been charged with DUI. The crash killed four people, including a married couple, a college student from India and a 2-year-old boy, and injured dozens more.

The low-quality video is the only one to have emerged so far from the time of the crash. Several videos of the chaotic aftermath have also been posted online. The video shows a float in the homecoming parade moving past the person recording it. Screams can then be heard as Chambers’ car speeds into the crowd.

The video ends as bystanders run to help the crash victims.
