The above livestream is from a webcam in Colima, Mexico, one of the states where Hurricane Patricia is heading. A total of 50,000 people are being evacuated from the states of Colima, Jalisco, and Nayarit, USA Today reported. Hurricane Patricia is the strongest hurricane ever recorded in the Western Hemisphere and may be the strongest hurricane in the world.
The livestream below shows Guadalajara, Mexico:
A livestream from La Manzanilla beach, which you can see by clicking here, shows fierce winds lashing the shore. The stream is periodically down, so if it’s not working, check again soon. Another livestream from another part of Colima, Mexico shows a live radar stream, but the webcam is currently down. A Puerto Vallarta livestream was also available here, but the webcam is currently down.
If you’re interested in seeing Periscope footage of Hurricane Patricia, Javier Lemus is posting footage periodically here. And Axacre was posting from Manzanillo, but hasn’t posted anything new for about an hour. Check here for updates.
Livestreams may go down periodically as the hurricane hits. We’ll be looking for new streams to add to this thread as the storm progresses.
