According to a press release from the Belgian police, he was filmed on November 11 at 7:00 p.m. with Salah Abdeslam at a gas station in Ressons, on a highway into Paris. That puts him in the region two days before the attacks. He’s been described as armed-and-dangerous. Abrini is just under 6 feet tall with brown eyes, dark hair and a small face.

French authorities have said that Abrini is 30 years old. This comes as the city of Brussels is locked down for a fourth day after officials kept the terror-threat level at maximum, reports the AFP.
