An arrest has been made in the murder of 7-year-old Gabriella Doolin in Kentucky. Police in the state announced on November 20 that 38-year-old Timothy "Timmy" Madden has been taken into custody. He's been accused of killing the young girl on the afternoon of November 14. She had been watching her brother play high school football when she vanished.
When her mother, Amy, realized her daughter was missing, she alerted school officials. The game was stopped and an announcement came across the loudspeaker asking young Gabriella to come forward. She never did.
Less than an hour later, Doolin was found dead in a creek close to the football field. Two days later, authorities announced that she had been murdered. Her exact cause of death has not been revealed.
