The Geminid meteor shower, one of the best meteor showers of the year, will peak around 1 p.m. Eastern (12:00 p.m. Central) on Monday, December 14. This means that Sunday night, December 13, is likely your best night to watch it. You may also be able to catch some beautiful views on Monday night, December 14, CBS News reported. However, if you’re not going to be able to be outside to view the meteor shower or if the skies are going to be cloudy where you live, you can still watch it via live stream.

Slooh.com is hosting a livestream of the Geminids on Sunday, December 13, starting at 7:00 pm Central/8:00 pm Eastern. You can watch the livestream at this link. Or, you can watch the livestream on Heavy.com on Sunday. We will embed a link here on Sunday.

Many people in North America will likely want to watch the livestream. According to Accuweather, skies will likely be cloudy that night from Boston to Chicago, and from Atlanta to Pensacola, Florida.
