Does the video below show the “affluenza” teen playing beer pong and possibly violating his probation?
Ethan Couch is known as the affluenza teen after he was given 10 years of probation and no jail time in 2013 for killing for people while drunk driving. Conditions of his probation include not drinking alcohol. The video shows someone who looks like him laughing at a beer pong party after another person dives on a table. WFAA reported that the person who posted the video on Twitter was not actually at the party, but saved the video after someone else shared it. In her post, she says that she has more videos.
The Tarrant County District Attorney’s office is investigating and looking for witnesses who were at the party, which took place in October.
