Early polls show Hillary Clinton with a sizable lead in Texas heading into Super Tuesday. According to RealClear Politics, Clinton leads in early polls by an average of 26.3 percentage points.

Texas is an important state for both candidates given it has the most delegates at stake on Super Tuesday with a total of 251. Those delegates are split between 222 that can be won on Super Tuesday and an additional 29 superdelegates that can be awarded to either candidate regardless of the results.

The good news for the Sanders campaign is delegates are awarded proportionally based on the results. Even if he does not win the state, he can still get a portion of the delegates.

Here’s a look at the early polling data.
