Former Subway sandwich pitchman and convicted pedophile Jared Fogle is being sued in federal court for $150,000 by one of his victims, court documents show.

The girl, called Jane Doe in the lawsuit filed Tuesday in Indiana federal court, says she was recorded while changing clothes, showering and during “other personal and private activities” by hidden cameras in the home of Russell Taylor, the former director of Fogle’s childhood obesity charity. She was a guest in the home. The videos were later given to Fogle by Taylor.

Fogle, who was beaten and bloodied by a fellow inmate last month, was found guilty of child pornography charges in federal court and is serving a 15-year sentence. Taylor was sentenced to 27 years in prison for producing child pornography. He admitted to recording the victim in the lawsuit along with other minors over several years. Taylor’s wife, Angela Taylor, is also named in the lawsuit.

The girl says she was recorded between March 2011 and 2015 by cameras hidden inside clock radios. She is seeking civil remedy for personal injuries suffered as the result of the actions of Fogle and the Taylors, according to the lawsuit. She is also accusing them for infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, negligent supervision and negligence.

They have asked for a jury trial.

Attorneys for Fogle and the Taylors have not yet responded to the filing.
