According to RealClear Politics, he has an average lead of 20.5 percentage points over the field in the latest early polls. Pennsylvania has 71 delegates but has a complicated allocation process.

The state only has 17 bound delegates tied to the primary results. According to FiveThirtyEight, there are 18 congressional districts with three delegates each for a total of 54 delegates.
