A lot has happened in the last week in the race for the Republican presidential nomination. Both Ted Cruz and John Kasich have suspended their campaigns.

While Donald Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee, primaries will continue on as scheduled. Voters can still vote for Cruz or Kasich in the upcoming primaries. Both West Virginia and Nebraska host GOP primaries on May 10. West Virginia has 34 delegates at stake.

Cruz decided to drop out of the race after a sizable loss in Indiana. He cited the lack of a clear path to the nomination as the main reason for suspending his campaign. Kasich announced his decision the following day leaving Trump as the only active GOP candidate.
