It’s Day 2 of the Men’s Olympic Trials to determine which athletes will be competing in Rio this summer. With just five spots up for grabs, 18 individual competitors will battle it out on the floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar for a chance at a spot on the team. Scores from both days will be factored into the final team results.

Here’s a complete look at when and where to watch all the action, as well as a rundown on how the qualifying process works:

DATE: Saturday, June 25, 2016

TIME: 8-11 pm ET    (*NBC coverage will be 9-11pm ET/PT)

TV CHANNEL:   NBC – Check your local TV provider (ie. FIOS, Optimum, Time Warner) to find out what channel NBC is in your area. You can also use the NBC channel finder to look for your local stations by clicking here.

ROTATION SCHEDULE: Click here for tonight’s rotation schedule.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS: Scores from the men’s P&G Championships in early June will be factored in with this weekend’s results to determine which men will make up the Olympic team. Two spots are available, however, for automatic qualification– whoever finishes in the top two in the all-arounds and places in the top three in three of the individual events. The other spots will be determined by the Olympic Selection Committee, and will be announced at about 11 pm on Saturday night (June 25).
