Barron's parents have a large age gap as Donald Trump is 70 years old and mother Melania is 46. Both Melania and Donald stress that Melania is a full-time mother and focuses her energy on caring for their child. In an interview with Parenting.com, Melania expressed that her husband gets the fun dad role, explaining: They play golf, spend time together, eat dinner together, and we enjoy family time. It is always a really special time. He didn’t change diapers and I am completely fine with that. Melania and Donald Trump previously told People that they do not use nannies because Melania is a hands-on mother. Donald Trump told People: If you have too much help, you don't get to know your children. I've always prided myself on being a good father.
