Election Justice USA Report: Did Voting Issues Cost Bernie 184 Delegates?

Lawsuits Filed by EJUSA and Other Parties

EJUSA and other parties have filed or are planning to file lawsuits in five states. Three lawsuits were filed in Arizona. EJUSA filed for an emergency injunction in New York but it was unsuccessful. (However, EJUSA may be filing a new lawsuit.) The Attorney General opened an investigation into what happened with lost votes in New York. In Illinois, a lawsuit was filed seeking class action status and an injunction, charging that actions of BOE officials violated the fundamental right to vote. In Ohio, attorney Bob Fitrakis is filing a lawsuit alleging that Sanders earned more pledged delegates than the results show. The suit is seeking raw exit polling data. Suits have also been filed in California. (EJUSA Page 13) (Getty)
