Shocking surveillance video footage shows bullets narrowly missing a little girl after a man opened fire outside of a tattoo parlor in Chandler, Arizona.

The video footage was released by police Wednesday. The girl can be seen hopping along to chairs near a window, where she sits down. Suddenly, two bullets pierce the glass behind here, miraculously missing her. She ducks and runs away as the video ends. You can watch it below:

The shooting happened on April 10 at 11 a.m. at the tattoo shop at the Damaged Ink Tattoo shop, Chandler Police said in a press release.

Two men have been arrested, Michael Hart, 23, and Rafael Santos, 21, police said.

Police said Hart arrived at the 590 North Alma School Road tattoo shop with Santos and a third man for a tattoo. Hart, Santos and the third man then got into a verbal dispute with the tattoo artist. Hart was then asked to leave the parlor and come back at a later time, police said.

“After leaving the tattoo parlor, Hart, Santos, and the unidentified male entered a vehicle,” police said. “As this vehicle began to drive away, Hart allegedly fired at least three rounds from a firearm, in the direction of Damaged Ink Tattoo.”

According to police, the rounds missed the tattoo parlor and struck the Paisanos Barber Sho next door.

“Two of the rounds struck the front window of the barber shop, narrowly missing a four-year-old girl who was watching television,” police said.

Hart was arrested on April 11 at his home in Mesa, Arizona. Santos was arrested later. They have been booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges including aggravated assault and endangerment, police said.
