A van mowed down pedestrians on London Bridge, and the trio of terrorists inside then jumped out of the vehicle and randomly stabbed people in nearby Borough Market.

It was the third major terrorist attack in England in that many months.

UK Express obtained exclusive video of the terrorists calmly walking through the market.

The prime minister said the incidents were being treated as a terrorist attack and vowed, “Enough is enough.” Witnesses told BBC and Sky news that the terrorists shouted “This is for Allah” as they stabbed people. They wore hoax explosive vests, according to police.

The coordinated attacks killed at least seven people and injured up to 48, although pub goers threw bottles and drinks to deter the terrorists, and police arrived within minutes. Photos and videos emerged from the June 3 scene that showed what is believed to be one of the gang of three terrorists lying on the ground, and police urging bar patrons to leave the scene. Police said they had killed all of the attackers in a rapid response. Some initial reports had said there were five terrorists, but police now say there were three.

Authorities had not yet identified the terrorists, although they raided a home in Barking associated with one of them.

People were paraded down the street with their hands in the air.

The BBC published a photo of a man believed to be an attacker on the ground with canisters attached to his body. Hospitals were on lock down, and armed police were guarding a hotel where the wounded were brought, BBC reported.

The photo originated from the Instagram account of a man named Gabriele Sciotto. BBC reported that the suspects were wearing “hoax” explosive vests, and three attackers were shot dead by police at the scene.

Sciotto also posted photos of people running away from the scene.

According to CNN, bodies were left “lying in the roadway.” The van drove into people who were walking on London Bridge.

Police entered a bar and ordered patrons to get down.

The coordinated strikes started with a vehicle ramming into pedestrians.

“A van reportedly swerved off the road on London Bridge and in the popular food market in south London, witnesses said they saw a man with a large blade,” UK Telegraph reported.

People turned to social media to look for missing friends. This man, Geoff Ho, a business editor with Sunday Express, was eventually found in the hospital, where he is in intensive care. The other victims have not yet been named, but they are reportedly from multiple countries. Those injured include French citizens.

According to USA Today, “On London Bridge, witnesses described seeing a white van mounting the sidewalk and injuring at least six people at about 10:30 p.m.”

A cab driver described witnessing the subsequent knife attack, which occurred when the terrorists jumped out of the van and ran into nearby establishments. “They just had these long blades, about 12 inches long,” he said. “They just went randomly along Borough High Street stabbing people. A young girl got stabbed in the chest, she was laying there – it’s so sad.”

Initial reports said there may also have been a third attack in the Vauxhall area of London. However, police later said they don’t think that is related.

The attacks unfolded in waves. Metropolitan police released a statement that described the attacks unfolding this way:

“At 22:08hrs yesterday evening we began to receive reports that a vehicle had struck pedestrians on London Bridge. The vehicle continued to drive from London Bridge to Borough Market. The suspects then left the vehicle and a number of people were stabbed, including an on-duty British Transport Police officer who was responding to the incident at London Bridge. He received serious but not life-threatening injuries. His family has been informed.”

Police continued, “Armed officers responded very quickly and bravely, confronting three male suspects who were shot and killed in Borough Market. The suspects had been confronted and shot by the police within eight minutes of the first call. The suspects were wearing what looked like explosive vests but these were later established to be hoaxes.”

The knife attack occurred in London’s Borough Market. The Sun reported that three men with “hunting knives” jumped out of vehicles and started stabbing people. USA Today reported that “Borough Market is an area that houses many food stalls and pubs and is popular with tourists.”

The gang of terrorists attacked a pub at the London Bridge area and tried to smash their way inside, reported the Sun.

The twin terror attacks come as England reels from the terrorist attack at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England. ISIS claimed responsibility for the terror attack in Manchester. It’s not yet clear whether the London Bridge attackers have any connection to the Islamic State.

The modus operandi of a vehicle ramming into pedestrians has become an all too familiar part of the terrorists’ lexicon. Using a vehicle as a weapon was a method used in Nice France; in the Berlin, Germany Christmas market attack; in the Westminster bridge attack at UK Parliament, and now on London Bridge.

This is a fast moving investigation. I want to express my huge gratitude to the police and emergency services who are on the scene. Our thoughts are with those who are caught up in these dreadful events.”
