Lula Woicinski White, 71, was killed during the shooting that also injured more than a dozen others, according to the New York Daily News.

Woicinski White’s niece, Amy Johnson Backus, shared her aunt’s most recent post on Facebook, which was about “the spark of life.”

“This was my aunt’s last post before she was murdered this morning in the church shooting. I have no doubt where she is right now. She is in Heaven laying her crowns and jewels at the feet of Jesus and celebrating. I love and will miss you Aunt Lula Woicinski White,” she wrote.

A human is one breath away from death. Their physical spark of life will immediately disappear as they take the last breath. All of what is physically living is here then it is not.

The Facebook post was written by Waverly Parsons, who describes himself as a chaplain with the Fair Grounds Race Course and Slots in New Orleans.

“What is the spark of life? Where does it come from? What happens to it?” Parsons wrote. “My heart craved to know the answers to these questions,” he wrote on his Facebook page. “The inspiration of the Holy Spirit then answered my heart’s question. The Bible’s clarity tells mankind that Jesus has provided and maintains the spark of life.”

On October 31, she posted about a Halloween event at the church called the Sutherland Springs Fall Festival.

Lula Woicinski White wrote a review on Facebook about four years ago of Jungle Adventure in Cozumel, Mexico, which provides ATVs and horses for tours.

“This was so much fun!!! Alex our guide was great he explained the different landmarks and he took many great photos for us! Everyone was very friendly! A must to do in Cozumel!!!” she wrote.

She posted several pictures with her grandson David, most recently on a fishing trip to Rockport, Texas, on July 30. That’s located just north of Corpus Christi and was badly hit by Hurricane Harvey in late August.

“We had great time…made great memories..fishing..swimming pool..billards…ping pong…waves in port a…more of all before mentioned…kid kept me busy!!! Lol”
