Eminem has finally announced a release date on his highly-anticipated album, Revival, which will feature such artists as Beyonce, Skylar Grey and Alicia Keys. “December 15,” the lyrical master’s official Facebook page announced alongside a photo of the apparent track list:
The post garnered more than 66,000 likes in the first 35 minutes of being published.
While many have faith in the “rap god,” others are a bit worried about all of the feature performers that will join him in the album.
“Eminem’s comeback album… but what are these bullshit features,” Nimitt Tripathy wrote.
“God is back!@!@@!@$@!%!@#,” Gediminas Kančys replied to the post.
“It’s sad to say it but if I wasn’t a Stan and just a hardcore rap fan probably I would never listen to this #Revival tracklist,” @EMaikel98 tweeted. “I know we didn’t hear anything except WoW, but these collabs makes me sick. Sheeran?GTFO. Anyway It’s FUCKING EMINEM AND I’M A STAN.”
Pressure has been high regarding Revival’s release date, as many fans expected it to debut in November.

In an interview with SiriusXM on November 17, Slim Shady and his manager, Paul Rosenberg, spoke with SiriusXM’s DJ Whoo Kid:
SiriusXM’s DJ Whoo Kid: How did you connect with Beyoncé to get this record out, and why Beyoncé? I mean…I’m sure you could…
Eminem: First of all, Beyoncé is amazing. And, it’s been on my wish list for a long time, but I never really had a song that I felt like would be right to present to her. So, I was kinda waitin’, and then me and Paul kicked the idea around after I finished it, you know. And based off what it was about, I felt like she probably could relate to this, too.
Paul Rosenberg: The sentiment of the chorus.
Eminem: The sentiment just because, you know, just because Beyoncé’s always…everything she does is so perfect. But, the pressures behind that to…for her to do it so perfect, you know, I felt like she could probably relate to that. ‘Cuz I told her, I said, ‘I never seen you make a mistake before, ever’. Like, performance wise, everything. Every song she puts out, every album, it’s so calculated and precise. And everything’s always so perfect.
Eminem killed it as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live hosted by Chance the rapper November 18.
The artist opened up with his new song, “Walk on Water,” a rap about the struggles and pressures of keeping up with the expectations of fans. Joining him with jaw-dropping, beautiful vocals was Skylar Grey, a blonde bombshell who shines on the stage alongside the “rap god.”
“Every album song I was spazzin’ the f*ck out on…and now I’m gettin’ clowned and frowned on…but the only one who’s looking down on me that matters now’s DeShaun…Am I lucky to be around this long?,” Eminem rhymes, in part.
He then moved onto performing part of one of his most genius songs out there, “Stan”, an epic story about an obsessive fan who ends his life after Em doesn’t write him back in time.
Slim Shady closed the set with a partial version of “Love the Way You Lie,” which was originally a duet between the star and Rhianna.
