Orioles’ play-by-play announcer Gary Thorne took the opportunity to be quiet in an empty ballpark on April 29, 2015. Using what he called his “Masters” voice, Thorne is seen here as unenthusiastically announcing a double by Orioles outfielder Adam Jones.

The Orioles-White Sox game was played in front of no fans because of the riots in Baltimore after the past two games were cancelled due to the Freddie Gray protests.
