Indianapolis 500 2015: Betting Odds & Race Favorites

The 99th Indianapolis 500 is set for Sunday, May 24, and the early odds are out.

Three-time winner Helio Castroneves and Juan Pablo Montoya, the 2000 race victor, are the favorites with 11/2 odds.

Just behind them are Scott Dixon and Tony Kanaan, who are both at 6/1. Kanaan won at Indy in 2013, Dixon in 2008.

Last year’s champion, Ryan Hunter-Reay, has 14/1 odds to win.

Time trials and pole day will be May 16-17.
