NASCAR Dover 2015: FedEx 400 Lineup & Qualifying Results

Denny Hamlin is the on the pole for Sunday’s FedEx 400 benefiting Austism Speaks after taking “The Monster Mile” of Dover International Speedway at 160.121 miles per hour (22.483 seconds).

It’s Hamlin’s first points-race pole of the season. He started out front and won in the Sprint All-Star Race 2 weeks ago. Hamlin also took the checkered flag in the STP 500 at Martinsville in March.

Joining him in the front row is Martin Truex Jr., who circled the track at 159.723 mph (22.539 seconds). Truex Jr. trails only Kevin Harvick, who starts 6th Sunday, in the season points standings.

Rounding out the top 5 were Kyle Larson, Matt Kenseth and Joey Logano, respectively.

Sunday’s green flag waves at approximately 1:15 p.m. Eastern and it will be televised by FOX Sports 1.
