The Los Angeles Dodgers are the leaders and the Detroit Tigers follow closely behind them on the latest odds to win the 2015 World Series at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

The Dodgers have jumped out to an early lead in the NL West division standings, and they’re the 6/1 betting favorites on the World Series odds at the sportsbooks. The Tigers, who find themselves battling the Kansas City Royals for top spot in the AL Central in the early part of the season, are then at 7/1 odds.

The St. Louis Cardinals sit at 8/1 on those updated World Series odds, followed by both the Royals and the Washington Nationals at 10/1. The Nationals were preseason favorites on the World Series betting lines at several sportsbooks, but a middling start to the year has seen them fall back to the pack on the futures list.

The Chicago Cubs and the New York Mets have moved up to 14/1 on the World Series odds thanks to solid starts, while the Boston Red Sox have slipped to 16/1 to put them in a tie with the rival New York Yankees on the list. The San Diego Padres are then at 18/1, while the Houston Astros have moved up to 20/1 odds.
