Dale Earnhardt Jr. won the rain-delayed Coke Zero 400 early Monday morning, but not before a scary crash on the final lap at Daytona International Speedway.

Austin Dillon went airborne into the catchfence in a horrifying scene, but was able to walk away with just a bruised forearm and tailbone.

Thirteen fans were examined, though 8 declined treatment, according to track president Joie Chitwood III. Of the 5 which were treated, one was taken a local hospital for further observation before being released.

Jimmie Johnson took second and Denny Hamlin third.
