While most starters will be on the field for a half in Week 3 of the NFL preseason, the Green Bay Packers may be more cautious than normal after they found out Jordy Nelson will miss the entire season.
This may be a massive chance for fifth round rookie Brett Hundley to stake a claim for the backup quarterback spot. Current backup Scott Tolzien is out with a concussion, and with Aaron Rodgers unlikely to play long against the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday night, Hundley should get plenty of reps against the opposing No. 1 players.
The Eagles and Packers will not meet during the regular season; the teams had played in four of the previous five seasons. Green Bay leads the all-time series 27-16.
