The Royals have been rolling in the come-from-behind role for more than a season now and Hosmer added to his franchise postseason RBI record with the hit. This is a pretty good stat as far as pretty good stats go:
Alcides Escobar got the rally going with a two-strike RBI to drive in Alex Gordon and Hosmer eventually was driven home himself. The Royals left the inning 4-1 after five full.
