There was a scary moment during Thursday night’s game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City Thunder, as LeBron James attempted to save the ball from going out of bounds in the fourth quarter and went tumbling into the first row at Quicken Loans Arena.
In the process, he barreled through Ellie Day (nee Harvey), the wife of PGA Tour superstar Jason Day. You can see the video of the scary moment above.
Medical staff immediately rushed to the side of Ellie, who is from Ohio and is a dedicated Cavaliers fan along with her husband. Her neck was stabilized and she was placed on a stretcher to be taken away from the court:

Golfer Jason Day just left arena with his wife, Ellie, who had a courtside collision with LeBron James. She was on a stretcher but talking
Ellie Day is being transported to a local hospital for treatment. She and Jason have a home in Columbus and regularly attend Cavs games.
Ellie became a well-known figure in the sports world this year, as she was by Jason’s side when he won the PGA Championship and catapulted to No. 2 in the world rankings with a transcendent season.
