Super Bowl 2016 MVP Odds: Cam Newton Is Early Favorite

The Super Bowl is undoubtedly one of the biggest sporting events in the world for betting, and one of the most popular yearly prop bets to wager on is the game's MVP. As history would suggest, quarterbacks are the most likely to win the award. Tom Brady took home the award a season ago, and in the last 17 years, only six non-quarterbacks have been lucky enough to win the award. That obviously puts Cam Newton and Peyton Manning at the top of the list for Super Bowl 50 between the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos, but there are still a lot of intriguing options. You can click to the right for a complete list of early odds to win Super Bowl MVP, courtesy of Bovada, and as a reminder, (-140) means you would have to bet $140 to win $100, while (+275) means you would win $275 on a $100 bet. Odds are current as of Tuesday, January 26. (Getty)
