It’s time for the Anaheim Ducks to put the past behind them.

The Pacific Division champions were up 3-2 on the Chicago Blackhawks in the Western Conference Final last season before losing the final two games. In 2014, the Ducks led the Los Angeles Kings 3-2 in the second round before losing the final two games as well. Oh, and for good measure, they were up 3-2 on the Detroit Red Wings in the first round before, you guessed it, losing in seven games.

Now, Anaheim looks to make sure history doesn’t repeat itself, primed to close out the Nashville Predators in Game 6 of the series on Monday night.

Puck drop for the matchup is slated for 8 p.m. ET and is being nationally broadcast on CNBC. Don’t worry if you wont’ be near a TV though. We’ve got ways to stream the game online and on mobile:
