TV talking head Skip Bayless hasn’t exactly been the biggest LeBron James fan over the years.
While the ex-ESPN and future FOX Sports personality often does praise James, he usually finds a way to get a dig in, too.
Bayless had plenty of positive tweets about LeBron and the Cavs throughout Game 7, but when Cleveland finally closed the door on its first NBA title, he shifted gears a bit.
Here are some of Bayless’ tweets, where he appears to not give the Cavaliers or James their due as champions and MVP, respectively:
Those are pretty self-explanatory — Bayless believes LeBron is no Jordan, Irving should have been the MVP and these Cavs are not as good as the Spurs.
Some of his colleagues in the media, including a few at ESPN, couldn’t have disagreed more. At least with the LeBron being named MVP.
