The Home Run Derby is always an incredibly fun time for the All-Star audience, and this year was no exception. Far from it, it was an incredibly fun event, with big time power hitters like Giancarlo Stanton, Todd Frazier, Adam Duvall, and Mark Trumbo showing off their skills, putting on a fantastic display for the large crowd at Petco Park in San Diego, and even raising some money for charity.
Giancarlo Stanton, tonight, hit the most home runs any player has ever hit in a single Home Run Derby. He was simply unstoppable, blasting home runs well over 440 feet, some over 490 feet. Frazier put on a great show as well. Corey Seager, the Dodgers rookie, didn't make it far but still showed quite a bit of power in his short time. It was quite a show for anyone who saw it.
