With there being just five games on the NBA schedule, FanDuel players don't have as much variety to work with as they did on Wednesday (11 games). Among the players available is Houston Rockets guard James Harden ($11,500), who is playing the second game of a back-to-back as the Rockets host Portland. Wednesday night Harden and the Rockets visited Oklahoma City, with the Thunder boasting another highly productive guard in Russell Westbrook. Oklahoma City won the game 105-103, and Westbrook had the more productive night from an individual standpoint.
Westbrook finished the game with 30 points, seven rebounds, nine assists and two steals, more than making up for the six turnovers committed. As for Harden, he was kept in check by Andre Roberson and Victor Oladipo, finishing with 13 points (4-for-16 FG), seven rebounds, 13 assists, two steals and six turnovers. And if that matchup wasn't tough enough next up for Harden are Damian Lillard ($9,600) and C.J. McCollum ($7,500), one of the best backcourt tandems in the NBA. That being said, the Blazers don't have the defensive matchups for Harden that the Thunder did. So do you play the matchup, or the fact that Harden's in the second game of a back-to-back? That's the question FanDuel players have to address as they put together their roster.
Here are our roster picks for Thursday's games, working within the FanDuel rules of a nine-player roster with a salary cap of $60,000. (Getty)
