He's gone 237-115 over his 22 seasons as a head coach. While he spent his first five season as head coach of the Cleveland Browns, he is best known for his 17 seasons with the Patriots. He's been to five straight AFC Championships and won seven straight AFC East titles. If you consider his time as an assistant, Belichick's nine Super Bowl appearances would be the most of any coach.
