After months of preparation, the 2017 NBA Draft has arrived. Heavy has the full order of the 1st and 2nd round draft picks.

The Portland Trail Blazers have the most first round picks with three. If Portland keeps all three picks, their decisions will play a big role in shaping the rest of the draft.

At the top of the lottery, fans will notice the Sacramento Kings have two picks inside the top ten. The Orlando Magic are another team with multiple first rounders in this year’s draft.

Teams wanting more second round picks would be wise to contact the Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers have four second round picks, and it will be worth watching whether they look to leverage these picks in an attempt to add a late first rounderto their collection.

While there is plenty of talent at the top of the draft at a variety of positions, 2017 may be considered the year of the point guard with as many as five point guards expected to be selected in the top ten picks. There has already been an exciting lead up to the draft with the Celtics trading the first pick to the Sixers. Fans can expect more excitement tonight as teams clamor to get the top college prospects.
