The cheapest streaming service that includes every channel that will have an Ohio State football game is Hulu With Live TV. For more info about Hulu With Live TV and other live stream options, read on below.

With a new head coach and quarterback, the Ohio State Buckeyes enter 2019 looking to match the high standards set by the previous regime in Columbus.

In 2019, Ohio State football games will be televised on either Big Ten Network, Fox, Fox Sports 1, ABC or ESPN. If you don’t have cable, you can watch OSU games live on your computer, phone, Roku, Fire TV Stick, Xbox One, PS4 or other streaming device via one of the following cable-free, live-TV streaming services:

Hulu With Live TV

Ohio State Football Channels Included: Big Ten Network, Fox, Fox Sports 1, ABC, ESPN (ABC and Fox are live in select markets)

Price: $44.99 per month

Not only is this the cheapest streaming service that includes every channel that will have an Ohio State football game this season, but Hulu With Live TV also comes with Hulu’s extensive Netflix-like on-demand library of TV shows and movies.

You can sign up for Hulu with Live TV right here, and you can then watch Ohio State games live on your computer via the Hulu website, or on your phone (Android and iPhone supported), tablet, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Echo Show, or other streaming device via the Hulu app.

If ABC is not available in your market, you can also watch ABC games via ESPN.com or the ESPN app without having to sign in to a cable provider as long as you have a participating Internet Service Provider (ISP).

If you can’t watch a game live, Hulu With Live TV comes with 50 hours of cloud DVR space, as well as the option to upgrade to “Enhanced Cloud DVR,” which gives you 200 hours of space and the ability to fast-forward through commercials.

FuboTV

Ohio State Football Channels Included: Big Ten Network, Big Ten alternate channels, Fox, Fox Sports 1 (Fox is live in select markets)

Price: $54.99 per month

ESPN isn’t included, but if you can find a different way to watch those games (there is currently only one on the schedule), FuboTV is a great option, as it comes with 100-plus channels in the main bundle, includes the Big Ten alternate channels, has some games on Fox and FS1 in 4K and is largely tailored towards sports.

You can start a free seven-day trial of FuboTV right here, and you can then watch Ohio State football games live on your computer via the FuboTV website, or on your phone (Android and iPhone supported), tablet, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, or other supported device via the FuboTV app.

ABC isn’t included on Fubo, but you can watch those games via ESPN.com or the ESPN app without having to sign in to a cable provider as long as you have a participating Internet Service Provider (ISP).

If you can’t watch a game live, FuboTV comes included with 30 hours of cloud DVR space, as well as a 72-hour look-back feature, which will allow you to watch games on-demand within three days of their conclusion, even if you don’t record them.

YouTube TV

Ohio State Football Channels Included: Big Ten Network, Fox, Fox Sports 1, ABC, ESPN (ABC and Fox are live in select markets)

Price: $49.99 per month

YouTube TV also includes every channel that will have Ohio State games, but it’s more expensive than Hulu With Live TV and doesn’t include the huge on-demand TV/movie library.

You can sign up for YouTube TV right here, and you can then watch Ohio State games live on your computer via the YouTube website, or on your phone (Android and iPhone supported), tablet, Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, Xbox One or other compatible streaming device via the YouTube app.

If ABC is not available in your market, you can also watch ABC games via ESPN.com or the ESPN app without having to sign in to a cable provider as long as you have a participating Internet Service Provider (ISP).

If you can’t watch live, YouTube TV comes with included DVR.

Ohio State 2019 Preview

With Urban Meyer stepping away from the Buckeyes in the offseason, Ryan Day takes over for Ohio State. Day played quarterback for Chip Kelly at the University of New Hampshire from 1998-2001, setting multiple records at the school. He’s been at Ohio State since 2017, serving as the offensive coordinator and the interim coach last season for the first three games as Meyer was suspended as the school investigated domestic abuse allegations against former assistant coach Zach Smith.

“Ryan is extremely intelligent and elite in everything — recruiting, offensive acumen and the way he treats everyone,” Meyer told the Chicago Tribune.

Day has some holes to fill on his roster, with quarterback Dwayne Haskins and defensive end Nick Bosa heading to the NFL as first round picks.

Last year, Haskins passed for 4,831 yards and 50 touchdowns to just eight interceptions. Bosa was the second overall pick in this year’s NFL draft, although he played in just three games last season with the Buckeyes before undergoing core muscle surgery, ruling him out indefinitely before he eventually withdrew from Ohio State to focus on his NFL prospects.

Justin Fields is taking the reins as the starting quarterback for the Buckeyes. Fields was the No. 2  prospect in the nation entering college a year ago, behind only Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence. Field previously attended Georgia, but after the Bulldogs loss to Alabama in the 2018 SEC Championship Game, he announced his intentions to transfer.

Fields is a physical specimen at 6-foot-3, 223 pounds speed to run the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds or less.

“He’s been a high-profile recruit,” Day said of Fields. “I think he understands what the limelight means. I think he’s always prepared for that. I don’t think this is something that hit on him the last couple months. I think he’s always been ready for the spotlight. How he handles it, we’ll see. It’s not going to be perfect. There are going to be mistakes along the way. The only way he grows is by failing.”

In the Buckeyes backfield, J.K. Dobbins will be the guy to keep an eye on with Mike Weber gone. Last season as a sophomore he rushed for 1,053 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns.

“I just feel like I’m the best running back in the nation and I want to prove that, and I didn’t last year,” Dobbins said. “And I have a chip on my shoulder because I know I can do better.”

The Buckeyes open the season on Aug. 31 against Florida Atlantic, but have tough matchups with Nebraska (Sept. 28), Michigan State (Oct. 5) and Michigan (Nov. 30) on the docket.

The College Football Playoff semifinals are set for Dec. 28. One semifinal is the Peach Bowl from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. The other semifinal is the Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, Arizona.

The national championship will be played on Jan. 13, 2020 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.
