Whoever wins the 2017 Open Championship on Sunday won’t just get the Claret Jug. He’ll also get the second most lucrative payout in golf history.

With the purse set at $10.25 million–up from last year’s Open Championship but still behind the US Open’s $12 million for the richest tournament in the sport–the winner at Royal Birkdale is set to receive a $1.845 million paycheck. And for the first time in the history of the Open Championship, the payouts will be distributed in dollars rather than British pounds.

“We are operating in an increasingly global marketplace and have made the decision to award the prize fund in US dollars in recognition of the fact that it is the most widely adopted currency for prize money in golf,” R&A chief Martin Slumbers said.

The $1.845 million winner’s share is a significant increase over last year, when Henrik Stenson banked about $1.55 million for his triumph at Royal Troon.
