Khloe Kardashian's BFF Malika Haqq witnessed a physical altercation between Tamar Braxton and her ex David Adefeso, according to TMZ. A rep from Adefeso told TMZ that Haqq saw an incident between the two but has, "refused to cooperate with cops whatsoever."
