The Bloomberg video above questions whether bigger is better with regards to the new iPhones. The iPhone 6 comes in two main variants, the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus. Both are available in silver, gold, or space gray. Both will be available from September 19, with preorders open now. The new Moto X has a 5.2-inch display. It also has a variant: the Moto X “Pure Edition.” According to the Verge, the Pure Edition will be the unbranded, unlocked version of the Moto X. The Pure Edition is expected out later this month. The Moto X has a total of 25 back finishes.

The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus come with pixel specs of 1334 x 750 and 1920 x 1080, respectively. Apple gleefully announced that in the case of the iPhone 6 Plus, you’ll get 185% more pixels than on the 5s. The 6 is 6.8mm thin, while the the 6 Plus is 7.1mm thin. Graphics should load 50 percent faster on the iPhone 6 than on the generation of phones. The Moto X has a 1080p OLED display. It runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The Moto X weighs 144g. The Moto X comes in a 16GB version, as well as a 32GB Motomaker variant.
