“UFC on FOX 4” draws 2.4 million viewers
Last Saturday’s “UFC on FOX 4” drew an average of 2.4 million viewers on FOX for a 1.44 overall household rating.
MMAjunkie.com passed on the news today after learning of the numbers from industry sources.
“UFC on FOX 4” took place on August 4 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, featuring Mauricio “Shogun” Rua‘s technical knockout victory against Brandon Vera.
Also on the card, light heavyweight Lyoto Machida walked away from his co-main event bout against Ryan Bader with a technical knockout victory and a title shot against the winner of Jon Jones vs. Dan Henderson.
The ratings for the event, like “UFC on FOX 3,” fell well short of the first two “UFC on FOX” events. In fact, the ratings held exactly steady, as the last event drew 2.4 million viewers as well.
